| Piano Teacher Workshop - Alfred Register Features: Join Us for an Alfred Piano Teacher Workshop featuring E. L. Lancaster, to be held at Senseney Music, Inc. on Tuesday, August 3rd, 2010, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. The workshop is FREE. Mr. Lancaster says, "At my workshop, I will draw upon my teaching experience, ranging from pre-school students through doctoral candidates, to discuss creative ways to use the most recent piano music from Alfred's top authors as well as the newest levels of Alfred's Premier Piano Course." E. L. Lancaster is the Senior Vice President and Keyboard Editor-in-Chief of Alfred Music Publishing. He holds a Ph.D. from Northwestern University and established the masters and doctoral programs in piano pedagogy at the University of Oklahoma. E. L. is a co-author of Alfred's Premier Piano Course, Music for Little Mozarts, and Alfred's Group Piano for Adults. Table of Contents:

| Piano Teachers Workshop - Succeeding at the Piano Register Features: Sign Up Now to attend this informative Teachers Workshop featuring Dr. Kevin Olson. Experience for yourself this exceptional new piano method, "Helen Marlais' Succeeding at the Piano," a joy-filled and pedagogically sound approach to teaching the piano combined with top pedagogical composers and time-tested classics. Kevin Olson is an active pianist, composer, and member of the piano faculty at Utah State University, where he teaches piano literature, pedagogy, and accompanying courses. In addition to his collegiate teaching responsibilities, Kevin directs the Utah State Youth Conservatory, which provides weekly group and private piano instruction to more than 200 pre-college community students. Before teaching at Utah State, he was on the faculty at Elmhurst College near Chicago and Humboldt State University in northern California. | Total Band Director Workshop Features: Our Total Band Director workshop is held every summer for High School, Middle School, and Beginning Band, Jazz Ensemble, and Marching Band directors. We bring in clinicians who present sessions on a variety of topics useful to band directors, read through new music, and get you ready to begin the new school year with renewed excitement for teaching band. Just a few of the clinicians from past years: Tim Lautzenheiser, Mike Sweeney, Peter Boonshaft, Paula Crider, Richard Saucedo, John Whitwell, Mike Steinel, Harry Begian, ...
